The program automatically requires a minimum pixel quality. If the photo is too small or not defined well enough, it will be possible to enlarge it only to a certain point, so that a poor print quality is avoided. On the printed case, the parts around the edges of the photo will remain white, as they appear in the web configurator.

Yes. Select “My orders” (in the upper right part of the screen) in order to review the list of your orders. By clicking on “View”, to the right side of each order, it is possible to return to the original order, where you will find options to modify your data or cancel the order.
By clicking “My orders” (in the upper and right part of the screen), you can review the list of your orders. Each of them specifies the status: when “Confirmed”, the order has been registered and operators will arrange for its preparation as soon as possible, when “Prepared,” the order has been printed and will be dispatched within the following day.
