Navigation data
As part of their standard function, the computer systems and the software procedures for the functioning of this website acquire personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols.

In any case, data processing by such individuals will only occur if it is necessary for carrying out their duties, and only as far as it is required for the completion of said duties. 
The updated list of Processors can always be requested from the Data Controller. 
Data provided by the user (data subject) may be communicated to other third parties when there is a legal requirement to do so or in order to uphold the Company’s legal rights through the relevant authorities.

The data are processed at the Controller’s operational branches and in any other place in which the parties involved in the handling are located. For further information, the Controller can be contacted at any time.

Location and transfer of information 
Personal data is processed at the Data Controller's operational headquarters and in any other location where parties involved in data processing operate.

User data is collected to allow the Data Controller to provide services requested by the user to fulfil any contractual obligations. With the sending of an email containing a requested addressed to the Company, or rather with the subscription to the mailing list or newsletter, the User’s email address is automatically added to a contact list which be used to send email messages containing information, also of a commercial and promotional nature, regarding this Application/Website.
The aforementioned email may also be added to this list as a result of the registration with this Application or after having made a purchase.
